GENERAL REGULATIONS
- The Concert Area in question is the event venue, namely the 2nd floor of the Grha Sabha Pramana Building, Further information at www.economicsjazz.com/venue.
- Attendees can see the event flow (flow of incoming/outgoing attendees) at www.economicsjazz.com/flow.
- Please keep your safely ticket on hand. Lost tickets are not our responsibility.
- Attendees are responsible for personal belongings.
- The committee is not responsible for the loss of personal item(s) belonging to attendees.
- Viewers who are noisy or act disruptively during the concert and do not obey the rules / obey the committee will be processed and immediately ejected from the concert area without refunds.
- The committee reserves the right to reprimand attendees that violate the set Terms and Conditions.
- The committee reserves the right to prohibit / ask the audience not to use, take momentarily, or even confiscate items that are not permitted in these Terms and Conditions and gave it to the authorities.
- The committee is entitled to ask attendees to leave the concert area when in violation of the Terms and Conditions for the convenience and security of the event.
PERFORMANCE REGULATIONS
- Attendees who exit the concert area and would like to re-enter the concert area must show a physical ticket and wait until the end of one round of songs.
- Viewers who are late will be allowed to enter after the end of a song, or as directed committee (Show Director).
FOOD AND DRINKS
Attendees are prohibited from carrying any and all sorts of foods and drinks into the concert area
MOBILE PHONES
Phones are required to be silent during the concert.
CAMERAS AND VIDEO RECORDERS
- Attendees are PROHIBITED from recording during the event.
- Attendees are PROHIBITED from using flash to take pictures during the event.
- Attendees are PROHIBITED from bringing professional cameras (SLR, DSLR, Mirrorless Cameras Action Cameras, Smart Cameras, Digital Cameras, etc. Only a camera phones / smartphones may be brought inside.
- Attendees are PROHIBITED from using monopods/ “tongsis”.
- The committee reserves the right to reprimand or expel any who are seen taking pictures or recording during the event.
Seat Plan
NO SMOKING - NO DRUGS – NO GUNS – NO PETS
- Attendees are PROHIBITED from bringing cigarettes into the concert area.
- Attendees are PROHIBITED from smoking within the concert area, both inside the building (1st floor and vicinity) and the surrounding area of Graha Sabha Pramana.
- Attendees are PROHIBITED from carrying firearms and sharp weapons as well as objects that are prohibited under the provisions of existing laws into the concert area.
- Attendees are PROHIBITED from bringing and using any kind illicit drugs. If the committee finds attendees carrying illicit drugs, the committee reserves the right to report to the police.
- Attendees PROHIBITED are prohibited from bringing pets.
